Jessica N. Osorio, Associate
Jessica N. Osorio is an associate attorney at Chorowski Clary Saoji Epstein, P.A., where she focuses exclusively on marital and family law. Originally from Long Island, New York, Ms. Osorio earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University in 2015, followed by her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020. While at Hofstra, Ms. Osorio distinguished herself through extensive pro bono work, completing over 750 hours of service and earning the Public Service Certificate, Gold Level. Her volunteer efforts included work with Hofstra’s Pro Se Legal Assistance Program and the Federal Defenders of New York.
During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, gaining valuable insight into federal litigation. Prior to joining Chorowski Clary Saoji Epstein, P.A. in 2024, Ms. Osorio practiced at a prominent business law firm in New York and a leading insurance defense firm in Florida. Her commitment to excellence earned her a place in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2023), a distinction celebrating rising talent in the legal field.
Ms. Osorio is admitted to practice law in Florida (2022) and New York (2020), as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (2021). She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, and is a proud inductee of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
During her free time, Ms. Osorio enjoys quiet moments at home with her husband and their dog, often tending to her fish tank—a hobby that brings a sense of calm and balance to her busy legal life.
